Our business strategy is focused on creating integrated supply chain relationships with a small number of select customers using our Customized Outsourcing Solutions approach. We are not a traditional job shop and therefore generally do not simply quote on supplied drawings, unless a relationship has been established first.

Management Qualifications
In order to execute our business strategy, HMP has assembled a highly educated and talented management staff with many years of experience. All of our senior executives have Master's degrees in addition to undergraduate technical degrees. Most of our managers have Bachelor's degrees appropriate to their field or have over twenty years of experience in manufacturing.

Financial Stability
HMP pursues an aggressive continuous improvement program, but manages its financial risk appropriately. The company has a strong balance sheet and the financial ability to weather economic turbulences as well as invest in new capabilities for its customers.

Work Force
HMP employs approximately 90 dedicated people and has a very low turnover rate. Most of our employees have been with us over ten years. To execute our business strategy successfully, our entire work force has become highly flexible and responsive to our customers' needs. We encourage and support training and learning programs at all levels of the organization.

Facilities
HMP occupies a modern 66,000 sq. ft. building in Ansonia, Connecticut where the labor market is favorable to manufacturing businesses. Superior cleanliness and organization are two characteristics that we constantly improve. Our customers are welcome to visit our facilities at any time.
